Owners Sébastien Michaud and Karine Harvey have taken over the A. Coutu mill located in Lac Saint-Jean, which has been feeding families since 1850. They've developed production methods with the greatest respect for nature, sustainable development standards and organic farming. Certified organic by EcoCert, the flours are made with ancient cereals. Cuisine Soleil has also implemented a gluten-free certification program recognized by the Canadian Celiac Association. Their customers' health is important to them and they want to ensure the sustainability of their nordic, organic and gluten-free agricultural production.
