Delivery is available in most areas of Quebec. Your adress of delivery will be validated quickly during the purchase process.
We offer free delivery for a purchase amount of $100 (before taxes). A delivery charge will apply below this amount, and this will be added at checkout.
Delivery times and ranges
Your order will be delivered in the same week if the purchase is made before Sunday 11h59 PM.
Our orders are delivered Thursday and Friday between 9 am and 9 pm (with the exception of Public Holidays).
Shipping dates and times are approximate and may vary due to weather or other factors.
Absence during delivery
If you are absent during delivery, your box will be left in the place indicated during the confirmation of your order or, if no particular indication, it will be left unattended at the doorstep. It is your responsibility to provide us with specific instructions. We assume that anyone present at the mentioned delivery address is authorized to receive the order on your behalf.
Our insulated boxes will keep your items fresh and/or frozen for a period of 8 hours. They are equipped with insulation and ice if needed to keep food fresh.
Damaged box or missing item
If your delivery box is damaged or if an item is missing, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via our contact form or by email at [email protected] .
For any dissatisfaction, you must contact Locaal's customer service at [email protected] or complete the online form on our website. This request must be made within a maximum of (3) days following receipt of the package. It is your responsibility to inspect the products upon delivery to verify the condition of the products. For any reason deemed valid, we may issue a credit. We reserve the right to request a photo of the product and to refuse your credit request if it violates our return policy.
Refrigerated or frozen items must be refrigerated or frozen upon receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to put the items in the fridge when they are delivered to ensure their freshness.
All sales of artisan products or other products from the online store are final sales, unless there is a breakage during delivery or if the product has expired. If necessary, the customer must contact customer service at [email protected]
It is possible that we grant you a credit following a request to our customer service. For the purpose of issuing a credit, it will be remitted under the same method of payment used, and will be considered final.
