Delivery is offered in all major regions of Quebec. To validate if we deliver to your home, please refer to this page.
The shipping costs will be charged at the time of payment. For orders over $100 (before taxes), shipping is free (depending on your area).
Parcels will not be traceable in real-time. As a reminder, an email will be automatically sent to you the day before the delivery date you selected upon confirmation of your order. In addition, a text message (SMS) or email will be sent to you at the time of delivery.
Shipping and Delivery Periods
We deliver from Tuesday to Friday between 12:00 and 7:00 PM (excluding holidays).
Shipping dates and times are approximate and may vary due to weather or other factors. If we are unable to deliver your products on the day requested, we will attempt to deliver the following day. A credit will be issued if we are unable to deliver the next day.
Absence at Delivery
If you are absent at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in the place you indicated on the confirmation of your order or, if no particular indication is given, it will be left unattended on the doorstep. It is your responsibility to provide us with precise instructions. Anyone present at the delivery address provided will be assumed to be authorized to receive the order on your behalf.
Our insulated boxes will keep your meals fresh for a period of 8 hours. They are fitted with insulation as well as ice inside to keep food fresh.
Damaged Box or Missing Item
If the shipping box is damaged or if an item is missing inside, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via our contact form or by email at [email protected] .
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you must contact Locaal customer service at [email protected] or complete the online form on our website within a maximum of five (5) days following receipt of the parcel. It is your responsibility to inspect the products upon delivery to verify the condition of the meals and other products. For any reason we deem valid, we will apply a credit to your Locaal account. We reserve the right to request a photo of the product and to refuse your credit request if it contravenes our return policy.
The boxes contain perishable meals that must be refrigerated. It is the client's responsibility to place the meals in the refrigerator upon delivery to ensure freshness.
We do not accept the return of perishable goods. However, a credit may be granted depending on the situation. Each credit request must be assessed and approved by Locaal, at its discretion.
Web Store Products
All sales of artisan or other products from our web store are final, except in the event of damage during shipping or if a product is out of date. In such a case, the customer will have to contact customer service.

We may grant you a credit following a request to our customer service department. This credit will be applied to your account online or through a promotional code, and is applicable on any online purchases with your Locaal account. The credit is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.
