One day, Liette had the ambition to start a business, and since this product was so appreciated by her entourage and the market offer was almost non-existent, she seized the opportunity.
Her first product was the port jelly, inspired by this family recipe, and along the way came other recipes, extending the offer to confits and dijonnaises amongst others.
She is continually dedicated to offering products that have great taste, and after twenty years, a dedicated team of 5 now prepares a multitude of small jars daily, each filled with simple but authentically tasty recipes, always without additives or preservatives, for the pleasure of everyone's taste buds.
