Originally from Belgium, Sophie and her family moved to Quebec in 2010. It was not until 2016 that she dared to make a significant career change and created her macaron production business as per her wildest dreams. Sophie's macaroons are homemade and crafted with care from fresh ingredients.
The pastry chef is making increasingly more variations of her macaroons that are customizable, naturally-coloured, without additives and made with Belgian chocolate and local products as much as possible. Some flavours change with the seasons and the availability of local fruits.
