Celebrate with this cocktail recipe created by our chef Martin. This cocktail with raw apple juice, smoked maple syrup, verjuice, rosemary and apple brandy is perfect for fall.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1


  • 4 oz. (120 ml) raw apple juice
  • 2 tsp. (10 ml) of smoked maple syrup
  • ½ oz. (15 ml) verjuice (or lemon juice)
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 oz. (30 ml) Apple Brandy
  • 1 Fresh or dried apple slice
  • Ice cubes


  • In a shaker filled with ice cubes, add all the ingredients except the apple slice and one rosemary sprig.
  • Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
  • Using a Hawthorne strainer, strain the mixture into an old fashioned or lowball glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Garnish with the leftover sprig of rosemary and the apple slice. Serve immediately.
