Harvested in mid-August, this amber-coloured honey is moderately full-bodied with an aromatic richness that comes from the simultaneous flowering of goldenrod and buckwheat flowers. A delectable bouquet of warm flavours with sweet caramelised notes and candied fruits. Never filtered or heated, raw honey is excellent for your health, as it retains traces of pollen, propolis, beeswax and its original properties and aromas. Freshly harvested, it is in a liquid state, but it crystallises quickly and smoothly due to the absence of heat in the extraction process.

Miels d'Anicet
There are not only hard-working little bees hiding behind Miels D'Anicet, but also a passionate couple who love their job and their bees. Thanks to their know-how and the biodiversity of the Hautes-Laurentides, they are able to offer high-quality organic products. Anicet Desrochers and Anne-Virginie Schmidt, true honey lovers and owners of Miels D'Anicets, recognize the importance of the role of bees in our diet, which goes far beyond the simple production of honey. In their eyes, beekeeping means producing locally, offering quality jobs and participating in the dynamism of their region. These are values that are an integral part of those of Locaal.
