Fall honey is luxuriously golden in colour and offers a warm, delicate taste. It is freshly potted, raw honey. You receive it in liquid form, but it will crystallize completely within a few weeks. Harvested in mid-August, it comes mainly from goldenrod flowers, resulting in sweet (vanilla) and fruity (apricot) notes accompanied by an aromatic hint of beeswax.

Miels d'Anicet
There are not only hard-working little bees hiding behind Miels D'Anicet, but also a passionate couple who love their job and their bees. Thanks to their know-how and the biodiversity of the Hautes-Laurentides, they are able to offer high-quality organic products. Anicet Desrochers and Anne-Virginie Schmidt, true honey lovers and owners of Miels D'Anicets, recognize the importance of the role of bees in our diet, which goes far beyond the simple production of honey. In their eyes, beekeeping means producing locally, offering quality jobs and participating in the dynamism of their region. These are values that are an integral part of those of Locaal.
