Whole Duck Foie Gras cooked “au torchon” where succulent foie gras is rolled in a tea towel, hence the name: a “torchon” is a cloth that a food is wrapped in for cooking. It is then cooked in our duck stock for a truly unique flavour. Pure and non-emulsified, ours is one of the finest ready-to-eat foie gras. We serve only the best!
