This coffee is a blend optimised for espresso and includes two types of decaffeinated beans. It uses the same bean as our Decaffeinated Peru and Ethiopian Sidamo beans, which gives it a very pleasant texture on the tongue. Using the Swiss Water Process, up to 99.9% of caffeine is removed without the use of traditional solvents, such as methylene chloride and ethyl acetate. 100% natural for 100% taste!
