In this plant-based version of an emblematic dish from Thai cuisine, our chef is offering you a mixture of caramelized tofu, fresh oyster mushrooms, carrots, red peppers, and sliced green onions. All the ingredients are sautéed with fresh, artisan-made Asian noodles (egg-free) and seasoned with a sublime and authentic tamarind sauce. We garnish each dish with hemp seeds.
