Ingredients

15 mL (1 tbsp.) Camerises Mistouk Boreal Haskap Berry Jam

10 mL (2 tsp.) KWE Cocktails Wild Mint Syrup
4 fresh mint leaves + 1 sprig for garnish
3 slices of lime
2.5ml (½ tsp.) lime juice
45ml (1 ½ oz) white rum from Quebec
Ice cubes
180ml (6 oz) sparkling water from Quebec

Preparation

    In a highball glass, place the jam, wild mint syrup, mint leaves and lime juice. Crush with a pestle or a wooden spoon.

    Add rum and ice cubes. Thin with sparkling water and garnish with mint sprig. Serve immediately.
