We drew inspiration from our surroundings, the sea and the mountains, to create this unique and personal twist on a tried-and-true classic. Our version includes sweet clover, a small, bright yellow wildflower with a pleasant vanilla scent that grows in the fields at the foot of the mountains. To this, we add a generous portion of maple sugar from the maple groves of the Baie-des-Chaleurs in the Gaspé Peninsula for a sweet, potent twist. And finally, we top it off with a dash of wild wakame seaweed, which adds a surprising and pleasantly salty umami flavour. We are proud to say that our sophisticated spreads are free of palm oil, industrial chocolate and artificial emulsifiers (soy or sunflower lecithin).
