The Kombu salad is the result of a collaboration with Au tour du pot, a Gaspesian company that makes delicious kimchi, and Seabiosis seaweed. This salad features Asian flavours of sesame, rice vinegar, soy sauce and the subtle taste of the sea, enhanced by the spiciness of kimchi. A perfect balance that goes well with Asian dishes. Suggestions: sushi platters, poké bowls, soups, salads and Asian stir-fries.
