Entologik's cricket powder is dehydrated at a low temperature in order to retain the maximum amount of nutrients and protein. Unlike oven dehydration which gives a stronger taste, very low-temperature dehydration gives a delicate taste with notes of sunflower seed, hazelnut and cocoa.
